Meet McCall

Tracy McCall is a lifelong Coastal Bend resident and a proud resident of District 1, where she has lived for over 40 years. She understands this community because it’s her home, where she was raised, where she is raising her family, and where she is committed to building a stronger future.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Tracy brings a rare combination of technical expertise, business insight, and real-world leadership. As a Chemical Engineer, she has worked closely with complex industrial and water systems, improving efficiency, solving operational challenges, and ensuring reliability in environments where performance and safety matter most. Today, in her career, she continues helping organizations make smarter decisions, manage resources responsibly, and plan for long-term success.

Tracy’s career has been built on her ability to communicate effectively, build lasting partnerships, and lead with purpose across all levels of an organization. She is known for being approachable, solutions-driven, and someone who follows through as these qualities matter when real results are on the line.

A graduate of Tuloso-Midway High School, Tracy earned her Chemical Engineering degree from Texas A&M University–Kingsville and her MBA from Columbia Southern University. She remains actively involved in the community through nonprofit work, where she is passionate about sharing knowledge, empowering others, and giving back.

For 25 years, Tracy has built a strong marriage and raised her family on the values of hard work, accountability, and commitment. She is a hands-on, dedicated mother who is actively involved in her children’s lives while guiding them through school, supporting their ambitions, and showing up every step of the way. Her family is deeply rooted in this community, with generations living and working here, many as engineers, all sharing a passion for contributing to the place they call home.

Tracy McCall is running to bring water, accountability, and results to Corpus Christi and to ensure our community has the strong, experienced voice it deserves.
